| ..........Dear colleagues and friends, | ||
| ..........It is with honor and pleasure that we invite you on behalf of the Organizing Committee to take part in the 3rd Congress of the Croatian Society of Radiology with international participation. | ||
| After having successfully organized the 1994 Rijeka and 1998 Osijek congresses, we have decided for this Congress to take place in the ancient City of Split from June 5 to June 8, 2002. | ||
| The Congress will be an opportunity to mark the hundredth anniversary of radiology in the City of Split and twentieth anniversary of the Department of Radiology of the University Hospital Split within the Medical School of the University of Split, which is the host of the Congress. | ||
| The Congress will set up a stage for presentation of the new information and ideas from all the disciplines of the modern diagnostic and interventional radiology. | ||
| Our desire being for the Congress to reach a high professional and scientific level, we have invited the most eminent lecturers from the United States of America and Europe, who will present to the Congress participants recent advancements in all the segments of radiology. The event will certainly result in new contacts and friendships and lead to improved collaboration, exchanges of experience, education and advancement of the radiology field to the benefit of our patients. | ||
| The Congress Program will be based on oral presentations, video projections, workshops and posters. A multifaceted social program will be organized to enrich our convention. | ||
| We are
certain you will spend memorable time in the City of Split, a 1,700 years
old town and one of the oldest Croatian cities, the city of rich and famous
past and numerous cultural and sports activities. Wishing for you to contribute to the 3rd Congress of the Croatian Society of Radiology with international participation by your presence and active participation, we look forward to your application and to our meeting in Split in June 2002. |
